Alexandra Mello-Ryan
Alexandra has been delighting private clients as a personal chef for over 15 years. Her passion is organic, fresh and healthy menus, with an emphasis on whole-food, plant-based meals. She has worked with many clients, including celebrities, to address their special dietary requirements by providing them with both tasty and healing options that have helped them achieve their optimal health and weight.
When not in the kitchen, Alexandra enjoys spending time with her family and friends. The most rewarding gift her cooking has given her is seeing how her knowledge of nutrition has contributed to the health and well-being of her own family.
Her cooking philosophy has been enhanced by the people, places and food of her Brazilian upbringing and international experiences in Asia, and is grounded in Australian sensibilities. This was enhanced by plant-based nutrition studies through Cornell University, USA, and Ayurvedic cooking training. Her studies in Vedic meditation and yoga have also allowed her to gain insight into the interrelationship and balance between mind/body/soul for achieving optimal health.

Elaine Grossman
Elaine is a wife and a Mother of 2 lovely children. She is originally from Sao Paulo Brazil, but now calls Sydney home. She is a foodie who enjoys eating good food but who also adores cooking.
Elaine is a successful business women with over 15 years’ experience managing numerous restaurants in Sydney as well as operating a successful Artisan bakery (Bronte Bakery). She is skilled in catering, food & beverage, hospitality management, menu development, cooking and baking.
Cooking healthy, delicious food is her passion.
Elaine has experience in all key health & safety areas, food hygiene and sanitation in kitchen operations. She also has extensive knowledge of food handling procedures with regard to HACCP and public health standards.
Elaine also has skill in developing new recipes and techniques for food preparation ensuring consistent high-quality production and minimizing food costs & wastage.
